Who's successfully refunded Next? - Kevin123 - 07-11-2019

I ordered to a local store and picked up yesterday. They started a 24-48 hour investigation but continuosly bugged them so they made an urgent matter. They later emailed saying their CCTV has footage of them placing my items away, in this email they wanted to confirm if I still don't have my items. I said I dont. They're now sending me mail to my address asking me to confirm something and said they cannot discuss it over the phone.

What does this mean?

You're in way too deep imo. They've confirmed they have CCTV footage, are acting ominous and have your home address. I'd be bricking it personally. I'd drop it as is, no £10 shirt is worth that hassle.

For a missing item? I haven't got my items so should be entitled to a refund. I've seen people advertise that next can be done. I'm kinda looking for someone who experienced this.

On the above grounds, It's premature to advise without knowing the contents of their correspondence. It may well be an affidavit, but can't say for sure.

When you receive It, please reply.

I think might be because the woman said as soon as you seen it and replied and sent it back. We'll move forwards to "resolve" your issue. Have you ever signed one?

I've been requested to sign an affidavit on multiple (separate) occasions, but refused to do so. It's admissible In court, so If It Is the case with yourself, I strongly suggest to decline It.

I could be a stat dec (Statutory Declaration), which Is perfectly fine. The moment you receive It, please reply.
