Help with a Razer SE - GtaStar230 - 07-02-2019
Hello. I'm trying to SE Razer and need some help with it so I don't mess up (I've heard with Razer one small mess up could screw you over in the SE)
First thing, I'm trying to get a Razer Blackwidow Elite Keyboard. However I don't have the actual product. I already have a fake receipt made for it but I need help with are the following things.
1: Getting a S/N for the product.
2: What to say to the support chat so they don't need picture proof.
If anyone can answer any of these questions it would be very helpful or if anyone has had experience with Razer that could tell me the do's and don'ts.
Update: They have escalated the case. Does anyone have a outline for a Amazon Support Chat?

Why not just go for alienware? much much better (and quite easier)
