Help with Amazon Refund - GtaStar230 - 06-24-2019
Hello. I need some help/advice on how to get a refund. I contacted Amazon support after my package was delivered and told them the items were missing but they wanted to open a case. I told them I would ask the person who ordered it if they wanted one and they told me to get back to them. What should I do to skip or avoid investigation?

i recently did two high-priced items ($550 each). when I got a rep that said they wanted to open a case - I would make an excuse, and then immediately call back and try with the next rep. it only took me 1 new rep for the first one, second item was first time KO. goodluck.

I definitely would. Easier to do SE's like that for big items.

Any advice on what to say or how to get it refunded? Also does the method saying that I called and they were gonna process a refund and it got disconnected work or no?

Did you tell them you didn't receive the package? or that it was empty when you got it because amazon weighs the item before shipment i'm pretty sure, and if im correct also the shipping provider ships it
maybe try a different rep with different method unless a case is already open ;o

As for amzon after reading through many people's SE methods the most ideal situation would say that you received the wrong item or you received someone's returned item amazon would want to keep you as a loyal customer and would most likely process a return relatively quickly
