Can anyone suggest me a good rat.and instructions to use it.....i want kick a scammers ass. Pls help

Well it would be useful to use good english, but whatever. The best RAT right now in my opinion is Quasar RAT. It's the only one I can find that is still getting updates. There aren't many legit cracked RATs anymore. All of their features are outdated.
