Ron: Do the green lights still work at the back of your watch?
Me:It stopped working around then
Me:Nope
Me:I have tried to fix it
Me:the stuff on the website
Ron:Thanks for trying to do prior troubleshooting steps.
Ron:May you please enumerate all the troubleshooting steps that you already did?

Me:Cleaning the pins with alchol, Resting the fitbit and using a new charging cable from a different power source
Ron:Thanks for confirming. Just to confirm, how did you restart your watch?
Me:held all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds
Ron:Good job, Zachery. If you haven't done so, please try the normal restart procedure.
Ron: Press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 15 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
Me:I have tried that before
Me:and hour or so ago

Ron:Since you already exhausted all the standard troubleshooting and none of it has resolved the issue, I'll be checking your warranty information to determine your warranty options.

Be very careful with fitbit nowadays, ive heard from many partners that the FBI has been investigating "fraudulent warranty claims" for fitbit. Even if you successfully SE it, and it doesn't go into pending like it does 80% of the time, be sure to use a drop. However fitbit ships mostly with fedex in the US, and fitbit has a deal with fedex stating it shouldnt ship to for sale houses, but fedex drivers could care less, they rather have a the package off their track asap.
