Logitech mouse SE help - Blacker1810 - 06-10-2019
Hi guys, recently i've been reading a lot from the SE section and decided to try for the first time.
I'm from south america, bought a g900 here, sent an email to logitech (because i can't call or chat from here apparently).
They asked POP with a photo and a one of the mouse with SN and the receipt, i've sent everything. Now they are asking me to destroy the mouse and sent 3 photos from different angles with the SN visible, what can i do from here? Thanks!

Find pictures from the internet and replace their SN with yours (Photo editing) and send them. Make sure you removed the Image META Details. In most of the cases they are asking for the video proof and I think you are lucky that they are asking for the Images only. Good Luck!

Use the good old "corrupted file" method, whereby you do just that (corrupt It), and assure them that It's working fine on your end. No doubt, they'll request It again, so send It In a different file format- just to give the Impression as though you're making an effort to resolve the matter. Keep doing It until they cave In.

In your case it’ll be very easy, as all you need to do is just photoshop the wire cut which is very easy, if you can’t do it yourself, pm I can do one for free so you understand how to do it

mother i can tell you that i can confirm they are not working now..maybe because you have suggested to many people and it get saturated.Once they cant open, they will tell you to upload to a hosting webiste imgur, youtube,google drive etc.

i think cutting the cable might not work, because it's wireless, but, it needs to be charged anyways, i could not find any pictoures of a broken g900, i will see if i can find some again. i'll let you guys know if i find anything.

Do the same with the URL, by changing one char, hence rendering It Invalid.
Push them to their limit and vent your frustration In a firm yet polite manner, as to their Incompetency In resolving such a simplistic claim.

Or use one that's similar In appearance.
It's not difficult to find something lying around, that represents the original.
