Will there be traces of dry ice in package? - itai86 - 06-08-2019

Since the box will be completely sealed, won't it be a puff of smoke when it's finally opened?

Also, is it possible to calculate the rate of decay of the dry ice? To plan for weight and shipping time (make sure it's all gone by the time it's arrived).

Thanks

Dry ice packages without any dry ice supported packaging will demenish in about 4-8 hours, depending on the amount.

There's no trace.

Dry Ice sublimates, that Is, turns to carbon dioxide. Depending on atmospheric conditions, It can take anywhere up to 24 hours for 10 pounds.
