Amazon Wrong Item - Zassamel - 06-08-2019 Hi. I order from one account batteries (40g weoght) , and from other amazon account i order airpods 2 , i tought weoght bouth of items are the same but airpods w weight is 180g. Can i still swnd back batteries to amazon and recive refund ? RE: Amazon Wrong Item - Vulva - 06-08-2019 You can always send back the batteries for a refund, but since your plan failed, I would just shoot for a did not arrive, but then again you can just put some scissors or packing material into the box stating that’s what you got. They might think a worker accidentally placed their scissors instead of your product and when matching the weight give you a refund. RE: Amazon Wrong Item - mothered - 06-09-2019 Quote:airpods weight is 180gAre you referring to net or gross weight? The Pods weigh 4 grams, and the charging case at 38 grams. Just remember when using the wrong Item received method, It's the "Item" that you're SEing, not the packaging. Always take the "Item's weight" (net weight) Into account. |
