so i ordered few clothes at H&M canada , and canada post drop it at my po box/community mail box

H&M is not recommended at all, they almost always require a police report and are prone to randomly failing

Is this the case in Canada as well? I've heard similar of Walmart US, but when I gave it a try here it wasn't required. Just curious.

Yes same goes for canada, although in my opinion, canada is much better for some sites then their country counterparts
