That's very odd.
It's good practice to use more than one tool, so do just that and view the results.

You should try sqlmap, for me its the best tool to dumb databases.

You could try using them with a different version of the tool. There could have been a bug that got patched since then.

Make sure it's moved to your desktop. Some tools bug out if they're buried too deep in your files. Other than that, you'll just have to look for a new dumper. There's not much else that can be done to fix the problem.
