Hello, I have started a ticket for a corsair mouse on corsair's website does anybody know what I do to SE then, I've only ever SE'd logitech thanks guys

Process is similar to logitech

They will run through some troubleshooting steps, Ask for POP and a picture of the serial sticker on the mouse. They will then ask you to send the mouse back. Once they receive it they will send the replacement.
This is the process for a genuine RMA claim with corsair so you can formulate your method around this.
Unlike Logitech they want the product back, as least they do in the UK. Could be different in other countries.

Corsair is the same as Logitech but they will not send a replacement until they receive the defect item back.

I've SEd logitech multiple times and they never asked for the product back.

Agreed. I've only tried them once, and it was harder than usual but still successful.

The Item Is small and light enough to box, so do just that when they request It's return.
