Bose only allows 1 advanced replacement for QC 35 II per address (apartments buildings are counted as one address no matter the apt number).
This means you need to use unused drops every-time you want a new pair of headphones
Also in my experience and others, Male reps are better than female reps when it comes to SEng bose.

Good to know.
Also, where applicable, It's good practice to SE late on a Friday almost at close of business. Reps are exhausted from the working week (hence not as alert), and simply wish to get home to enjoy the weekend. You'd be surprised on the success rate of the SE. This applies to companies In general.
