A good MP4 to DVD FREE converter to grab here - https://www.movavi.com/support/how-to/how-to-convert-mp4-to-dvd.html
Very fast processing, many options for editing, I really like this one.

You can't really go wrong with Movavi software.
I've used quite a few over the years, and they've served me very well Indeed.

I've heard of Dimo, but consider Movavi more well-known and availiable tool staffed one. I've used to try its features when was working as a video operator.
