SE issue - Jared - 05-23-2019 Hello! i bought a laptop from a d o rama and then bought a cheaper laptop (same weight) from another website. I am attempting the "wrong item received" method and they are asking for pictures of the UPC code on the box. If i send it, will they know that the laptop never belonged to them? How can i save this refund? So basically, was i supposed to order the wrong item laptop from their website? Thank you! RE: SE issue - Nyx - 05-23-2019 Yeah they'll be able to see that they never even sent a package with that label. Probably worth a try anyways since the rep may not even notice that they didn't send that label but it sounds like you're fairly cornered. RE: SE issue - Jared - 05-23-2019 Im sending them the UPC code thats on the actual laptop box, not the shipping label. I just found out that the UPC is the same on every one of the SAME product. Because they have this exact product in stock, then I should be fine right? RE: SE issue - mothered - 05-24-2019 Quote:So basically, was i supposed to order the wrong item laptop from their website? No, It can be any Item they stock that weighs roughly the same and of similar size as the laptop. Photocopy paper would suffice. Altough I do not belong in this conversation, thanks for the tips. I just saw a really cheap 1000 sheet paper for £1 in a pound store(dollar store for Americans). Altough I am not a fan of DNA, mainly because of the boxing aspect of it.
