Amazon, I'm chipped ? - b0lt - 05-22-2019
I am in the middle of a SE-refund airpods amazon, however it is not sold by amazon, and the seller is trying an investigation because he suspects me of being an apple product (I used empty box method), amazon said he will take care of the case and see what they would do with the seller, I have a chance to get along with the repayment? Or is amazon going to screw me?

They are not small sellers, just a store that uses amazon to advertise, they are the only amazon ones here

If It's FBA, Amazon will act on behalf of the seller, hence It's no different to dealing directly with Amazon themselves.
An Investigation Is standard practice with the missing Item or DNA method. They'll simply cross-check the consignment with the carrier.
Wait for their response.
