Do you mean using a URL to download the video? If that's what you mean, there is a way. Just look up something like "youtube video downloader".

nope i am talking about the builtin download/offline option in youtube no external downloading source

I know OP meant using the built in download, sorry I don't know how to help. But im pretty sure it's something vancaed can do.
If you don't mind external services, I recommend convert2mp3.net

vanced sadly cant do it, i believe its a request from YouTube servers to download a video and that is why. personally i use https://www.onlinevideoconverter.com/youtube-converter but you're free to use and mp3 downloader you want.
