About to buy a s9 from amazon. But it’s not sold by amazon only fullfilled by Amazon. Would the missing item method work?

Dude, how are you gonna offer a Amazon Refunding Service when you make threads like this? Honestly, it looks like you aren't even ready to start one.
Also charging 40% is a huge scam, other refunders on forums are charging around 20% and they know what their doing.
