Amazon PR problem - Karmador - 05-17-2019
Basic refunding of a 150$ item, asked for PR, sent them, they now tell me that it has to be a link, when my actual police station accepts online report fulfilling and sends it to your email address in a pdf file..
Amazon : asking for URL pr
Me : having a legit PR in pdf
Are they dumb ?

Host the PDF on Google Drive or something else trustworthy or something and send them the url of that.
I've never done that but I guess that should work?
Edit: Or just send the same thing you send them before that with your explanation.
