Avenues to sell SEd stuff UK - moneymaker6660 - 05-13-2019

Hey guys, where are some places to sell SEd stuff, mostly electronic and as little tax as possible. (eBay would be a last resort)
I recently put some Logitech g933s on sale on gumtree and facebook marketplace, and I haven't been able to sell em. (listed at £100 now reduced to £90 today) Are there any other places in the UK where I can sell items like this.
Any help will be appreciated.

atm, just the headset, i will have some airpods and probably get some more g933s. After selling them, a fitbit or two as well as apple watches. I may have an external hard drive for consoles too.

If you are avoiding eBay for the fee's then wait till they have a £1 max selling fee promo. They usually do this once a month.

The problem could be your price. Amazon sell the Logitech G933 for £105 so even at £90 i doubt you will get any takers. eBay sold listing show it selling from £40 - £77 brand new.

For eBay i tend to use a Buy it now for around 3/4 of the new price so if its £100 I'll list it for £75 + P&P. Items have always sold within a few days.

You could also try Shpock.

Shpock? I'll check that out. The thing with eBay is I'll have to to pack the items too more often then not.

I got a message from eBay today saying they've got £1 selling fees from 12 to 13th May. Would I be fine listing my headset?
Does anyone know how eBay take fees in terms of percentages without the 1 pound selling fee.

Yes you would be fine as its 11:59pm today it ends and the £1 fee will last 30 days from point of listing so as long as the headset sells within 30 days you will only pay £1 max fee.

If you want something quick the Post Office sell loads of different size boxes at a reasonable cost. Bubble wrap is cheap at B&M stores at like £1 a roll.

Normally eBays fee is 10% of the final sale price + 10% of postage unless you offer Free Postage in which case its just the 10%.

Remember to factor in PayPal fees which is 3.4% + 20p of the price sent to your account.
