Is Razer generally hard to SE for other people? - benjaminstrike - 05-11-2019

Edit: Nope EZ af.

I've heard mixed opinions on this, so I'm curious as to what the people here think.

I have a working Razer Mouse which I'm trying to use to file a fake warranty claim. I've talked to chat support with a photoshopped picture of my mouse with broken buttons. The live chat representative sent it to the warranty team. The warranty team then emailed me within 12 hours in which they've asked me to cut the cord of my mouse, or to send the mouse to them, and I chose to cut cord, which I've tried to photoshop. I'm hoping this is going to work but I don't have too much confidence lol.
It's the weekend now so I'll have to wait a couple of days for the result.

Every companies can be se'd, with varying difficulties.

Either way, IMO it's extremely hard.

I only started SE last month but for the most part I've found Razer pretty easy to SE. I've been successful 4 out of 4 attempts in the past month.

Also successful with SteelSeries and Logitech.

If a novice like me can do it then i assume anyone can. I took Mothers advice early on and planned everything and made everything i needed before i started.

Failed with Intel, EVGA, G.Skill and Corsair. All RMA's got approved but they wanted the items shipped back. Tried to bypass this but they weren't having any of it and I'm not currently prepared to box.

Good luck on your current SE

You mean the $1500+ laptop?
I feel like that would be a too high of an amount to SE using traditional ways.
Also seeing as this is your first post I feel like you're trolling.
