Really. Microsoft.... disappointing.
Based on judgment of people, they have decided which states will have the full Xbox One Launch. Other states will have to wait until 2015.

Anyways my thoughts. I could understand why it wouldn't work for over half the US, because Microsoft requires you to connect to the internet when you start up the Xbox One for the first time. The states marked I could imagine are places where internet isn't commonplace.
