The nature of the tool warrants detections, however they seem to be consistent with malicious behavior.

I don't have my malware lab on hand, so If someone provides conclusive evidence supporting my claim, I shall take action accordingly.

Tried this, didn't see any suspicious outbound traffic except to M$. Although I'm no pro at this.

The detection by Virustotal is clear that this is a trojan, that is called "clipbanker" which... well we all knows what it probably does. Furthermore, there is also detection of a dropper which means that a remote url launch is detected with a payload. Can't think of why a smtp need a payload.
