Amazon.com refund need advice - texasli26 - 04-26-2019
I bought a headset Sennheiser game one from amazon.com but the seller is not amazon only full filled by amazon.is it possible to get full refund with empty box method?

From what you are saying, it seems like it is sold by a third party seller, these people can be hard to SE. They may ask the courier to check the weight before delivery. You may be better with going with DNA if it's only one item or box them with some cheap headphones

I didn't receive the headset yet.i just try to determine which method can work out best.

It's too heavy for the missing Item method.
Either the DNA or wrong Item received method will suffice.
