ASOS HELP? - Rednaxela1 - 04-17-2019

I have ordered from ASOS three times on three different accounts. I used my name at my girlfriends address, my girlfriends name and her address, and my middle name at my actual address. The two accounts at my girlfriends address got banned. The account at my address isn't banned, i have one order on that account and it's been refunded last year. Will it work if i change how the address is written, use a different name, different number and different card? Maybe use my 4G or go somewhere else to order from them so the IP is different. This is for the address that isn't banned. Not my girls address.

I can't remember what credit cards i've used but know one i haven't used and that's AMEX. If it goes bad AMEX don't have the same Section 75 protection as VISA and Mastercard, nor are their chargebacks the same. What are your thoughts? Not sure how to go about this.

Thanks in advance.

Asos is dead. Plus they have just brought out a new returns policy, doubt its worth the hassle to be honest.

I think now Asos has blocked your accounts and you can't do anything about them anymore. From personal experience I had a Zalando account that had been blocked because there were more than 10 orders repaid, the last order Zalando called him back from the courier and was returned to them and they credited the return money on the blocked account. After contacting Zalando for more than 1 month, I finally convinced them to transfer the money to a new account, saying that I no longer had access to an old account and not telling them it was blocked. Everything went well, the money was credited to the new account. If you do not return the items I do not think that Asos will reimburse you now.

Basically make a fresh account to order from, using the address that isn't blocked. Maybe change the name of the road a bit, add ''road' or 'street' to the address, use a different name. I have an account with them from the address i wish to use but it isn't blocked. I have one order on that account and i had it refunded. I'm not sure if making a new account and changing the info a bit will help. I want to order a jacket which is over £250, partial refund buying a cheaper item along with it.

Pretty sure that there new returns policy is just extended, though. I don't think much has changed in terms of refunding.

Sorry for the confusion. I have one account at a different address that isn't blocked but i have one order on there which i got refunded. I was just wondering if i could open up a new account at the address that isn't blocked using a different name and different number and use an android VPN. I'm just unsure if this would be successful or not, and if so how i go about covering my tracks to avoid detection. Seeing as i would have no choice but to use an address i've refunded from ASOS before, i know there would be risks involved, but if i was to change how the address is written and change the info, it might go undetected. I suppose the main thing is that the account isn't banned at this address, so it could work?

If you change every Identifiable details on the account, you will not have any Issues.

But what if the address is the same one but written differently? as in change the name a bit and add 'road' or 'street'?

As long as you alter the street name, It'll be fine.
