Logitech fail? - Byakuya Kuchiki - 04-15-2019 Just got off the customer service from logitech. I haven't sent in my proof of purchase to them however they told me the serial number I have used was already registered to a different account. Do I just leave that case and try again some point later as I used a guest account for that warrenty claim so if it's already registered and I can't provide a maplin proof of purchase I guess I just have to say that this was a fail RE: Logitech fail? - bibski - 04-17-2019 If the serial number is registered to a different account then you're probably out of luck. I personally recommend finding a friend with a Logitech product to find keys, otherwise eBay/Craigslist method to get them. It stops here ^ As mentioned, obtain a serial from eBay, by using the excuse to verify that the Item Is not stolen. I did get the serial number from ebay. The keyboard was on sale, took it so it might just be my luck RE: Logitech fail? - mothered - 04-17-2019 (04-17-2019, 03:27 PM)Byakuya Kuchiki Wrote:(04-17-2019, 03:57 AM)mothered Wrote:Quote:they told me the serial number I have used was already registered to a different account.
