SEing Logitech Mouse - Blacklistings - 04-10-2019
Hey,
I was following the tutorial posted by prevent and the SE failed. I got this email

I'm not sure whether this means my serial numbers or something. A clearer tutorial would be appreciated.

It means you have done 2 things wrong
Firstly, have you used Amazon reciept? I believe it's not because of the quote "Please contact your retailer" but they might just be using a template
Secondly, how did you get your SN?
If you bought it, your seller didn't cross off it, aka someone else se'd it already.
I recommend you eBay it.

Get a new SN and this time call them, I’ve had luck twice by simply saying when they ask what email I used to sign up that I used a fake email generator so I wouldn’t get adverts. I then say I’ll try and see if I can log into it but in the end I can’t, usually they say ok that’s fine and ask for a new email so they can send me the receipt for the replacement. Got a keyboard and mouse off this so far.

I'm gonna try again with a new email (maybe new adress)

Mothered shouldnt give you a used SN, so that's crossed off.
If you haven't used an email address before, it shouldn't be a problem, same with address.
But, the main problem is that you used an Amazon reciept.
Logitech, being beginners-friendly, actually does not allow Amazon reciepts. If you are from the us, use bestbuy or Walmart. If you are from the UK, use Curry's or game.
