Xbox one controller - TheBloke - 03-29-2019
So today i have attempted to se a controller just from the serial number through microsoft and now they are asking me to send my controller back first so does anybody have any advice on what i should do from here?
I was thinking of boxing them but im unsure as i have never boxed a company before

well, the only thing is to do is send the controller back.

I dont have a controller to send back just was wondering theres a way around it

I dont have a controller to send back just was wondering theres a way around it
well there is no way around it. or you need to borrow one.
