Fedex didnt leave, how to DNA? - samboa - 03-27-2019
fedex tried to deliver a package and i guess they wanted me to sign, they didnt leave it. it says they sent it to walgreens? Odd. Not sure if they will redeliver.
WHat do I Do? how do I get it without signing? Im not sure how to do a DNA if i have to go pick it up or something. says it requires ID with this address on it to pick it up

it was best buy
after lots of headaches and lies, I was able to re-route it to my door via a phone call. Never had them redirect to walgreens, but apparantly it is their new proceedure. I dont know how tf they think this is more 'convenient' then just redelivering it the next day. If I wanted to pick up the package, I would have just gone to best buy!
now im going to try to double dip BB. When i return in the store, do they know that it was delivered twice?

I got the package delivered, then i tried fb chat, they are useless, no luck. Live chat wasnt working for me, I found out its because I was using a VPN. 1st rep refused anything, siad I had to speak to fedex directly. wasted 30 mins. Refreshed the chat, 2nd chat agent, basically copy/pasted the same thing, they are reshipping. Ridic how they dont have set proceedures and it always differs, but i guess this time it works in our favor.
Will keep you posted I am debating returning to the store for full refund, or selling it on ebay or something. My thinking is, with ebay I may lose some money, but at least BB doesnt have me in the system for a large refund which in 2019 goes across LOTS of chains not just best buy.
My question for you, if you know, am I /my address already in the 'bad' or flagged for getting a large $600 reship and so it doesnt matter if I return or not? Or if I dont refund, maybe I can do them again at a later date with same account or address?

It really depends on you. You can sell it on ebay if you want too.

Have you received any messages/emails regarding the number of high returns/refunds on your account?

BB can see the first and second delivery attempt and that it was delivered. Anymore it's getting where you'll have to do a stolen as when the usps, ups make drops it has the GPS location associated with where it was left.
I can see them going to a system where if you've had random more than a couple or 1-2 expensive DNA's that Fed Ex, UPS and even the USPS will make it where you have to go to a fed ex drop location or fed ex center, ups commercial store or ups pickup and usps facility to pick it up.
I've had all the check my drivers license from time to time especially when got a new guy on route or holidays and extra drivers.
Had the local Walmart get SE'd on a microwave as I bought one brand new and within 15min of time on receipt I called them and said I opened mine and it was a very used used microwave and they said bring it back. I asked them don't they check the returns people bring back no matter how good it looks as I noticed the tape was odd before I opened it and said something to the wife and it all made sense later.
