Normally, it's 10 working days from the date of delivery. That being said. If you phone up the next day and say I've still not recieved it they should by law refund you as their website says 10 working days.
However I did this by phone as it's much easier than using their chat service.
But their T&C says 10 working days from the date of expected delivery

It's international though which has a 45 day wait.

Request your claim be escalated to a higher level.
Keep calling and express your frustration and anxiety with the waiting period. Be polite, yet firm.
