Hi,
I preordered some Airpods last week, which are destined to arive today at my neighbours house since I’m not at home during the delivery time. Since it’s shipped with DHL, what are my best options to SE them? Some Apple customer tips are welcome as well...

So, Mothered, if I return the product in the return goods window, I just send it back like I should 'legally' without the airpods and case ofc. Temper a bit with the box and that's it?

Huh? Just claim the shipping box was empty with nothing but packaging paper etc.

No, as far as you're concerned, you've received the box without the Item(s).
