Nike - ZaHammer - 03-23-2019

Hi,

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and an apple watch. I told nike that i havnt got the apple watch but they want to open an investigation and get D P D and the police inovled to check cctv etc. I ended the chat as usually they will say they will open an investigation and that's it. However they mentioned CCTV, police etc and wanted my phone number and address which they didn't ask my friend who got it.

Im a bit worried on what I should do now - either just return the apple watch and say i found it or go ahead with the investigation.

Please let me know if anyone in the Uk has done this and what they asked for.

Thanks!

They've opened an investiagtion. THe DPD driver will be interviewed, CTV camercas checked. And if I'm not home the police will be called to check any CCTVs.. There's no CCTVs in my area though.

I assume you did a partial/missing Item on the same consignment with the shoes.

If so, I'm at a loss as to why they're requesting CCTV footage. The Item (watch) was "In the package" when delivered and received, hence the cameras are useless. If you used the DNA method, then yes, CCTV Is appropriate.
