That is where the SE comes into play, you could box them, you have to se your way out of giving that laptop back if you know what I mean

@mothered, can you give me some insight on the very obscure topic of: how to deal with a return request of a defective product? I don't see it being discussed in this forum, and it's the most crutial point of it all
