Hello,
I'm new to the amazon SE / refund scene,I've sucesfully dont it with a couple of items in the past (£20-£30) fans just send there was nothing in the box and got a refund
I been looking at this corsair AIO and I want to try and double dip then get a refund by swapping it out with an old dead corsair H100I v2. What would be the best method about doing this?

Since it is an AIO , it has liquid inside. This makes grounds for an incredibly easy liquid spill claim. Just tell the representative that the contents of the cooler leaked and that it contains harmful chemicals in it that will bar you from being able to ship it back. You can refund or replace at this stage. If getting a replacement, you can claim wrong item and send your old cooler back or claim that it does not work and hope they don't check/check and think that it fits closely enough that they will allow it to pass.

I've dealt with Corsair a week ago.
I purchased a h100 v2 for £26 with broken pump. I submitted the RMA and sent them a fake receipt as the h100 I purchased was out of warranty a long time ago. It seems they don't base warranty on the serial but on the proof of purchase. Do not use an Amazon receipt as they will tell you to go to Amazon to replace it.
They accepted my RMA but since they no longer stock h100 v2's, they upgraded me to an RGB Platinum for free. I asked if they would dispatch the replacement once they had receipt of me sending out my cooler to them, they agreed.
One pre-paid label later and I'm now waiting on them dispatching a H100i RGB Platinum which I paid £26 for! Not sure about your double dipping method, maybe a tad greedy to start of with?
