Tor without 14 eyes - LeafPadTheEditor - 03-10-2019
open torrc add to bottom of text
ExcludeNodes {us},{uk},{gb},{ca},{il},{nl},{no},{dk},{au},{nz},{fr},{de},{be},{se},{es},{it}
StrictNodes 1
Now restart Tor Browser and your nodes with be countries such as Latvia, Iceland, Lithuania!
Much better than France UK Canada =)!!
Have fun and avoid 14 eyes =)

Note this makes you unique, there are probably 50 people worldwide using this specific excludenodes config. Now, Anonymity is all about looking like your neighbor, so by excluding nodes, you will avoid 14 eyes countries, but you will also stand out as a unique user.
The NSA records all traffic, so they can see the full path either way, personally, I ExcludeNodes because id rather my data be in less hands, for example my nodes in Austria, Latvia, Libera, those countries dont have prebuilt QUANTUM hardware by the local government(such as USA UK Canada do).
So exploiting your traffic would have to be upstream, which is an improvement in my eyes.
I see default Tor like a free wiretapped vpn like hidemyass. France UK, US Tor nodes, all 3 of those countries actively collaborate and can therefore trace the entire path, so I avoid them!.

This should be applied to Tor right from the get-go.
