Vans Refund? - AstroDiscovery - 03-08-2019

Hello,

I recently bought some items off Vans.com ~$312 for 5 items just wondering if I should do DNA or a partial? No sig just says delivered to the main lobby. I'm leaning towards DNA but I want to double check with you guys.

In terms of the partial/missing Item method, It depends on the Item's weight. The DNA Is carrier-based, hence considered a universal method that works with the majority of companies.

Please provide a description and weight of the Item(s) In question.

I called the shipping agent and they can't retrieve the weight cause it shipped already and the weight posted on the tracking is zero so might do empty box

It's the weight of the "Item" (net weight), and not the entire package (gross weight) that's of relevance.

You're SEing the Item, not the package.

Good work.

This clearly demonstrates that using a calculated approach with the wrong Item received method, does provide a successful outcome.
