My CPU bought off amazon just got delivered to a neighbour. Reckon I’ve got a good opportunity to get my money back by saying I’ve checked around and no one has it

Wrong item received IMO. If you're going the DNA route, you'd probably want to get the parcel to your own address so nobody else is involved to counter your claims.

You'd probably want to get the CPU from your neighbor then offer him like 20$ to swear he won't say anything if UPS stops by to ask, then go DNA

Yeah they authorised the refund then closed my account and said I’m not getting a refund. Due to a large amount or refund requests when I’ve never refunded in over a year and I’ve only done it one other time. So fuck amazon.

The account closure In terms of refunds, Is just an excuse.
There would've been Inconsistencies with your SE Itself, that raised suspicion.

Do you think there could be other reasons for the ban? Like suspicious activity?

On the above grounds, I'd be requesting they provide Information supporting their decision to close your account.
If you haven't performed refunds for the said duration, then this cannot be their reason to close It.
