DNA Assist - Ryo_Hazuki - 03-05-2019

What would be better for an Oculus? DNA or Missing? Also, if you go missing, do you say the box was damaged to infer it was stolen or not damaged so as to indicate an accident in the warehouse?

Depends where you buy it from.

Amazon? Wrong item received is decent. Oculous' don't weigh too much do they?

If you've not signed for it / signed a wrong name, you could also go DNA.

Do you know what shipment company Oculus use? The official website. I'd rather do that.

I could always DNA, on failure say oops it was at a neighbours / family member and wrong item? They're like 4kg, not much.

Amazon are usually better to use imo, if you use the DNA method via Amazon, you've got a better chance at winning the case.

Depending on the type (Oculus Go, Rift, HTC Vive, Gear VR etc), It weighs anywhere from 450 grams to 500+. It's too heavy for the missing Item method, so my answer Is obvious.

Based on Mothereds advice on doing the 'wrong item received'.

It is better to do it via Amazon purely because they stock a whole host of 'small cost items' that you could replace it with.
