And If It doesn't appear to work due to a stubborn representative or otherwise, a good SE'er "will" make It work.

He's a good guy this one.
The issue is for me in the UK is that I can sense now that representatives will ask for doctors reports and such, since they're heavily available in the UK. It seems like in America, they're more likely to take your word for it!
I will, however, give this a go!
edit: just realised the glasses are like £15-20 ($20-25), so I can't imagine many companies will bother to ask for doctors letters and such for a small price! I'll update this later.

If they do ask for doctors reports, say you have an insurance claim going with "Use a real insurance company" they will believe it, if not go towards the take legal action due to their product that could've made you lost your eye
