It's hard to tell you what to say. Since you don't have a 1060 product in hand, you've got to talk the manufacturer into replacing the product without shipping the original back to them. That is something personal you must come up with your self.

@prevent has recently posted tutorials for getting the item for free. None for a graphics card but none the less could help you think of your own method.

You can use some of the methods I say for other companies it's just basics to SE'ing

The bonus Is, It's still under warranty, hence you have every right to claim a refund/replacement. This Is a huge advantage.

As with every SE, the first port of call Is to familiarize yourself with their terms, namely (In this case) their manufacturer's warranty. You need to Identify and establish the grounds on which refunds/replacements are Issued. You can then claim the Item Is yours, but It's defective and the exact method used to SE Nvidia, will be based on your research.

Now I'm not saying this is a bad thing but every time I look at the forums there's always a post from you asking for help on some SE. You do know there's a search bar and many other users have asked the same questions you've asked in you're 11 threads about help?

There will be no point trying to SE Nvidea they're pretty solid on not budging for advanced rma, stick with low tier items from easier companies then sell and build your funds so you can purchase a graphics card then have a experienced refunder get you the money back.
