Paperwork inside packages - titchyyyy - 02-22-2019 I'm doing an SE with a company other than Amazon (I'm trying to avoid them for a few months), I've purchased an expensive tablet and I've used the 'wrong item received' method. They have emailed me asking if I have received the correct paperwork in the package,. They have mentioned in the email that if I've had the wrong item sent to me, I would probably have the wrong paperwork in the box that correlates with the item that I got. As this is usually what happens when they pack the wrong item. Obviously, I received the paperwork stating that I received the correct item. Is it a simple case of telling them that I got the paperwork for the item I purchased, I'd just received the wrong item? Or is it better to say I received no paperwork at all? RE: Paperwork inside packages - relaxed state - 02-22-2019 Tell them that you've already thrown the paperwork out from the sheer excitement of receiving your new Tablet & that it's in the trash with a few dirty diapers from your newborn baby. RE: Paperwork inside packages - mothered - 02-22-2019 Simply tell them you didn't receive any paperwork. If an error Is made by shipping the wrong Item, the same applies with the paperwork- by neglecting to send It. RE: Paperwork inside packages - prevent - 02-22-2019 they will probably just ask you to print something or write your order # on a piece of paper and ship it in :/ i'd bail IMO if they don't ask for that when you say you didn't receive any paperwork then idk what to tell ya RE: Paperwork inside packages - mothered - 02-23-2019 (02-22-2019, 05:51 PM)prevent Wrote: or write your order # on a piece of paper and ship it in :/ On the grounds the paperwork Is missing, the order number would be for the Item ordered, not the wrong Item. That Is, the packaging Is correct, not It's contents. |
