Just out of curiosity, have you ever thought about S.E. a hotel to get 1-2 nights for free?
How would you do it. Do you think complaining about disgusting conditions would do it?
Anyways just wanted to know how you guys would approach this

maybe for a discounted rate. but you have to show proof if the conditions of the room.

There's countless methods.
Contaminate the food, Infest the rooms with bugs/Insects by bringing them In yourself, open the heating/air conditioning and pull out some wiring, block the toilet and sink and the list goes on.
Then hit your complaints.
