Thanks for the guide! A very different approach to SEing but I can see it would work very well.
Did they not ask to see an image of your fingers or the mouse that has the bent piece of plastic sticking out?

If they do you can say you have receipt, due to the blood on the mouse its a hazard to my little brother.

Thanks for this! I SE'd them late 2018 and boxed them and it worked just fine aswell, but their support took forever.

their support is known to take forever to prevent people trying to rush RMA kinda give you a cold shoulder. Just have to look like you really need it repaired
