On my 8th time of trying, I've finally got somebody other than Kim and my warranty is now in process. It seems like the company do not streamline the way they sort out warranties.
Kim is very 'tight' with his procedure where as another representative Ondrej is very lenient. Ondrej basically told me to contact my point of purchase for warranty claims but if I had any issues with it, to contact him and he will help me out.
I sent my email to Ondrej telling him that X company will not help me out with warranty as they only do 30 day warranties and will not replace anything after this. So now it falls on Logitech. I told them I was really upset and disappointed that I'm left without a mouse and unable to continue gaming or streaming online and that I didn't want my followers to catch on that my Logitech device was broken as it would send out a bad image to them.
They were then quick to apologise and now processing a G Pro Wireless mouse to my address. We will see if it comes through.

I hate kim with a passion, with me posting this they are definitly going to tighten down on security XD my pastebin page has alot of hits right now. GG on that mouse too I wish I got that instead of the G602:/

Fuck me Kim is annoying. she picked my sn being from america and transfereed me to the american side. They want a picture with the sn and case number.
Now I am hoping I dont get the bitch again and am trying with an english serial number now.
