Hey guys, I'm trying to find more companies that are as easy to se as logitech. Did jull food and drinks, looking to upgrade from logitech. Please leave suggestions to things I would need to have in your suggestions .

I tried my 1st SE on logitech and it did not go right, me being in the US. i was sent a S/N for something in the UK.
not knowing where it was from i was going on about how this "Headset" was not giving any sound in the left ear.
long story short I was told to show proof of the box being it was a UK S/N. had to abort and not reply back.

To be honest I'm wondering about how to do bigger items like gaming pc's. or clothing stores. Just to know how to do this stuff generally.

For bulky/heavy Items, use either the DNA or "wrong Item received" method.
Boxing and missing Item/partial methods, are out of the question.
