Amazon SE Delivery Question - KrakenKraken - 02-11-2019 An item that I am planning to SE through the wrong item received method has arrived, although since I wasn't able to get my hands on box measurements, my 'other item' may or may not fit into the Amazon outer-shell box. What is strange is that they have reported to have 'handed box to a resident' when I know damn well that they have just left it in my shed, even though I didn't tell them to. The item is around £500. In my position, does item not received now make sense, as the carrier have clearly lied about the nature of the delivery? I would change method if it would be easier, but I do not want to have to get a police report. RE: Amazon SE Delivery Question - geyu29 - 02-11-2019 Try to see if the box fits with your item, otherwise choose the second method, then go from there. good luck. RE: Amazon SE Delivery Question - Tibo inc - 02-11-2019 If you have already started on the wrong item received, you cannot change it midway through. Given the nature of the delivery, if you were able to prove the deliver lied about giving it to you, you should be able to use the DNA. |
