Philips Hue Lights - karoloydi - 02-09-2019 Anyone tried to SE Philips for their Hue lightbulbs? I've read about people SEing Philips toothbrushes, but I haven't seen anyone SEing Hue bulbs. Do you know if they require you to send their defective items back? RE: Philips Hue Lights - mothered - 02-09-2019 They weigh next to nothing and will barely register a weight on consignment, so use the "missing Item" method. RE: Philips Hue Lights - relaxed state - 02-14-2019 I was planning to do a few down the line. Method I had in mind: Create a receipt using Nextygen off google, tell them I purchased a few for my home but none of them were working (tried multiple times with different lamps I have that work fine with regular bulbs) & tell them that they fell off a table while I was cleaning and I threw them out because I have a newborn crawling around on my home floor. Should negate asking for corresponding pictures other than POP which you can provide since you have a "legitimate" receipt. Would also recommend calling someone up rather than email but do as you please & feel comfortable with.
