Amazon Account Locked HELP - YassinowHacks - 02-05-2019
Hello everyone
My account got locked after i've place an order because they can't verify my identiy. They ask me to send an invoice from payments on my name.
The problem is, the payments from my house aren't on my name...
What should I do?

When you say "payments", are you referring to the request of "household bills" to verify your Amazon account?

Exaclty... The problem is they want me to send it by fax line, if someone has a mail from amazon.de please let me know because i'm not able to do it trough a fax line

Doesn't your local post office or (parents) place of work, have a fax machine?

Have you ordered previous purchases from this domain of amazon? how many?

If so, I'd be questioning why they've all of a sudden decided to lock the account.

No, it was a fresh account. Probably gonna use a vpn or something next time, or sign in with mobile data

I've had accounts locked before too, you simply have to forget about the account because you won't ever get it back.
