So I stayed at Homewood Hilton suites this past weekend for 3 days and I legit noticed that after eating their food I felt dizzy and a little sick but after coming home on Tuesday thsts when it hit me hard. I called them and they were against with refunding me the money mostly because their were no other complaints on the food. I was given the managers email to send her a written statement of what went on so I am going to do that. The desk lady refused to put me on a manager cuz they were on a "hours" long corporate meeting. What can i say to help me out in this case on the email?

^ Nonsense. Keep calling back until you speak with the manager, and tell him exactly what you've stated here.
Don't shoot off an email- he'll have ample time to read It and come up with some fanciful story to decline your claim. Speaking over the phone, Is a direct response there and then.
