Need Help With AirPod SE - manlikeferg - 01-26-2019
Planning on SE'ing a pair of airpods on Amazon . (1) should i say i just received an empty amazon box , with just some wrapping paper . or (2) the airpod box was inside but the headphones themselves were not there. appreciate help.

Order at least something else to go along with it, like a girly iPhone Case (make sure they are same shipping speed so they'd be delivered on time)
WHEN YOU CALL: BE POLITE Ask about their day or just say hello and sound worried not too joyful or anything like that xD
Whenever they say something like one moment or anything say something like "Take your time" let them like you
Then once you get the items, go ahead and call them explaining how you wanted to buy your daughter new AirPods and a phone case for her bday or sister/gf whatever you want.
Sound worried/confused, ask if they were supposed to come in the same box or separate boxes because the AirPods are missing and the only thing you have is the case you can tell them their bday is in 4 days or so, that way they'd ask if you want a replacement first (which is nice) and if you'd rather have a refund you could tell them you'd rather just go to the apple store in person to buy them so you'd have them guaranteed for their birthday.
Then make your choice of which refund or replacement and thank them sound really happy that they helped and thank em.
