Amazon SE Question - Datfacethough - 01-25-2019
They said that there's a waiting period for a package and I should contact them in a couple of days? Should I just contact another agent or wait it out till then?

If the next agent says the same thing, wait it out, then act outraged, and etc.

They said that they cannot refund an item as some come up late and you'd have to wait until Monday

Well, It seems as though the refund will be Issued, but pending processing.
There's only one more day or so until Monday, so wait for their reply.
